This place is exactly what it claims to be...a sushi conveyor belt restaurant with a retro vibe. Overall a pretty extensive menu. Much of it can be picked up from the sushi belt but certain orders such as the hamachi have to be ordered special from the kitchen. The serving size of each plate is about half a roll (2-3 pieces) which is nice in that you can try all different types of items and go backs for seconds on the really good ones. The prices were typically 2.75-3.75 per plate and they tally up your total based on the number and colors of your plates at the end. Let's talk sushi quality. I went with low expectations and frankly, it met my expectations. The fish did not seem super fresh and during the hour that we were there, very few customers were present and the same unrefrigerated rolls were circulating. The servers was great throughout and were very attentive in spite of it being a help yourself restaurant. For me, this is not a destination place for the sushi but rather the experience.

I don't know why people are griping about this place because it's so fun! It isn't an upscale sushi house, we all know it. So that should be the expectations! Also between 3-5 it's happy hour and 25% off your bill! We loved getting to try all the different kinds and not being stuck with a whole roll. Everything was fresh and tasted so good! We loved this experience!

Girlfriend and I always wanted to try one of these places, so we did. We came in and were seated around the conveyor, we were politely explained how it wall worked, and then we started grubbing! Sushi comes around, you get your pick. The only issue is that sometimes the popular sushi is eaten up before it gets to you if you are sitting on the far end. But, no worries, they ask if there's any rolls you want to eat specifically, then they bring it over to you. I have to say though, the rolls are delicious! The inside is pretty plain, it looks just like a restaurant that serves sushi, with no real frills, but that's fine - the sushi is what matters. Parking is a bit of a pain for the novelty of conveyor belt sushi, so we will stop by again, but we'll make it a trip.

Finally checking off another spot that's been on my list for months...maybe even a year. Sushi-Rama is a bright and colorful conveyor belt sushi spot in the heart of RiNo. If you see something you like grab it off of the moving belt and the plates will be "added up" at the end for payment. They have a menu that walks through what you're seeing on the belt along with a price guide (different plate colors indicate different price points). This place is fairly self-serve but you can order from a menu and our server checked in often. I personally found certain rolls to be underwhelming but the nigiri was solid for the price point. It was so much fun I'd definitely come back. Ebi is one of my favorites and it was delicious and much cheaper from an ordinary sushi joint here. Left having eaten four plates for just $13!

Sushi-Rama * Denver, CO Sushi off of a conveyer belt? Sign me up. It was a 10/10 for the experience alone. They had so many options to choose from that there was something for everyone.

Fun, quick, fusion sushi that will hit the spot! I have been to conveyor places before, and none of them have been able to compare in terms of flavor and quality. Came here on a girls day out with a friend and it was such a fun place for brunch and to catch up I do recommend. The new style roll was great, the spicy tuna was delicious, and the chef was able to accommodate my sesame allergy which was very kind. If you're looking for a fun date that has good sushi/fish and that is quick-- look no further.
